Additionally, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless N2IT Fishing LLC, its officers, sponsors, or anyone working with the N2IT Buddy Bass Series for any damages, injuries, or deaths that occur as a result of our participation in these events whether arising from negligence of the said releasees or otherwise to the fullest extent of the law. We further give our permission for any quotes, pictures or videos bearing our likeness to be used in promotional activities by N2IT Fishing LLC without compensation on our behalf. Final tournament rules will be posted no later than 2/1/2009.
